KENTUCKY HEADHUNTERS Join SUNFEST line up - Sunday, AUGUST 5TH! Once known as the Itchy Brothers, the KENTUCKY HEADHUNTERS have been creating a hybrid of honky-tonk, blues and Southern rock since 1968. They'll open for the legendary CHARLIE DANIELS and will be a huge crowd pleaser as they play hits such as "Dumas Walker", "Oh, lonesome me", "Blue Moon of Kentucky" plus many, many more! You won't want to miss these good ole' southern boys!!

Are you interested in performing at SUNFEST 2012? If so, we still have a few spots that we will be filling for our SUNFEST SALOON stage and applications are being accepted now by sending in your information to enter@sunfestconcerts.com and placing "Artist Submission" in the subject line. Please send us your website link, MP3, EPK or mail your promo package to Sunfest Artist Submissions - 1540 Dingwall Road, Courtenay BC V9N 3S7. Please include in all packages a short 3-5 line bio, promo picture, and CD. The genre we are looking for is Country/Country Rock and all bands or artists will be contacted by March 15th and further details will be sent if chosen.
