Getting here is easy
Avalon Acres is the ideal location for
Sunfest 2006, where fans have the choice of
enjoying the show from the stage level
or bring a blanket, sit back on the grassy
hill and enjoy the natural amphitheatre as
the show unfolds below.

Avalon Acres, located in the beautiful
Cowichan Valley is easily accessible for our
out of town guests by means of a short 45
minute drive from Victoria, and 25 minutes
from Nanaimo.
Directions: Watch for the Sunfest
Signs
Coming north from Victoria
Go 3 kms north of Duncan
Turn right (east) off the Island Highway at
Herd Road
Follow Herd Road for approximately 3 kms.
Turn right at Norcross Road and follow the
Sunfest signs to the parking area.
Coming south from Nanaimo
Go 12.5 kms south of Chemainus
Turn left (east) off the Island Highway at
Herd Road
Follow Herd Road for approximately 3 kms.
Turn right at Norcross Road and follow the
Sunfest signs to the parking area.
For your info Avalon Acres has a street
address of 2442 Herd Road, Duncan BC. Good
luck finding the address as it is a 100 acre
pasture. JUST WATCH FOR THE SUNFEST
SIGNS.
