Minimum age to volunteer is 15 years (parental consent required). No consent required for persons 18 years or older.
Shifts are 8 hours in length with two 30-minute breaks.
Shifts will rotate daily so that volunteers will get to enjoy two days and two nights off. Shift schedules coming soon.
Most afternoon/evening shifts will still afford volunteers view of the main stage!
Volunteers will be required in the following areas: camping, parking, front ticketing, volunteer check-in, information tent and beverage gardens. Please indicate when applying if you have a Serve It Right ticket.
All volunteers will be required to attend a mandatory orientation meeting on either August 1 or 2.
Volunteers will receive one free full weekend pass in the Reserved Seating area and a free tent site. If two or more volunteers come together, Sunfest will provide a regular campsite.
All volunteers will receive a Sunfest t-shirt and will be supplied food vouchers and bottled water during work shifts.
Volunteers will have the opportunity to purchase one (1) Sunfest pass for a friend at half-price.
Sunfest volunteers will be given first chance to volunteer at future Wideglide events.
